Your CRM, ERP and spreadsheets do not talk. AICO brings them into one operating flow.
We start from license costs and the hours absorbed by manual handoffs. We integrate the tools that need to stay and consolidate duplicated data, workflows and functions into a platform built around your operations.
duplicated data and steps
An international tyre network selected us in Italy, and its headquarters replicated the project in Spain.
What does your fragmented stack really cost?
Select the tools, adjust their monthly costs and add the hours spent each week on copy-paste, reconciliations and manual reporting. The estimate only uses the numbers you enter.
Include the weekly hours spent moving data, checking inconsistencies and rebuilding reports.
Editable starting scenario: 10 hours per week at €35/hour.
This is the sum of the licenses and manual work entered. It is not AICO's price.
The operational Audit defines what to integrate and consolidate, then builds the business case. We propose setup only when five-year net savings are favourable and verifiable.
Licenses, manual handoffs and duplicated data cost more than they seem.
Every tool has a license, a login and a data format. People move information between screens, reconcile numbers and rebuild reports. The real cost includes software and operating time.
Separate licenses adding up every month
Duplicated and misaligned data across tools
Hours lost in manual copy-paste
Reports rebuilt by hand every week
No single view over customers and operations
Real stack cost hard to see
Map, integrate, consolidate.
We map real workflows, connect the tools that need to stay and consolidate duplicated functions, data and steps into a coherent operating environment.
Operating map
We map the tools you pay for, the real workflows, the manual steps and where data gets lost.
Architecture
We define integrations, replacements and data sources. Every decision starts from operating value and continuity of work.
Adoption
Dashboards, workflows and automations enter the team's real processes through a progressive, measurable release.
First an initial assessment. Then the operational Audit.
The free initial assessment checks whether the problem is real and whether AICO is a fit. When there is a fit, the operational Audit maps tools, processes, data and priorities and compares the current five-year cost with the total cost of the AICO project.
The platform stays yours. Always.
The most common fears about custom software, cleared before you start.
Your code and data
Repository, documentation, credentials and database handed to you, with full usage rights in the contract.
Standard infrastructure
Common database, hosting and frameworks. You can hand it to another team whenever you want.
Verified business case
We propose setup only when the Audit identifies verifiable net savings over five years, with assumptions and costs stated upfront.
Export from day one
Your data exportable in full, with relationships intact, at any time.
Do I have to replace all software?
We assess each tool in context. We keep and integrate what works, then consolidate the duplications and steps that generate the most operating cost.
Is the calculator accurate?
The calculator only uses the costs and hours you enter. It produces an initial estimate; the operational Audit verifies contracts, users, processes and actual frequency.
What do I receive for free?
An initial assessment during the call: we review the estimate, verify the problem and check whether there is a suitable scope for AICO.
Is the operational Audit free?
The operational Audit is a tailored professional phase. It produces the map, architecture and roadmap and precedes any setup proposal.
Do you guarantee the savings?
We guarantee the business case before setup. The Audit establishes the baseline, includes AICO setup and management, and leads to a proposal only when five-year net savings are favourable and verifiable.
What does setup cost?
Setup depends on the scope produced by the operational Audit. Before starting, we agree on functions, integrations, phases and operating management.
Who owns the platform code and data?
You do. We hand over repository, documentation, credentials and database, with full usage rights written in the contract.
What if AICO is no longer around one day?
The platform runs on standard infrastructure: common database, hosting and frameworks. You have full access and can hand it to another team at any time.
Is the operations fee a ransom to keep the system on?
The fee is stated before you sign and covers hosting, third-party services, evolution and support. The platform stays yours and accessible even without us.
Can I really export my data?
Yes. Data lives in a standard-format database with relationships intact, exportable in full from day one.
