Data we collect
When you submit the assessment, we collect the information you enter in the form: name, company, role, email, phone, revenue range, project scope, systems in use, bottleneck areas, goals, profile-specific answers, free notes, and contact consent.
We also store the quiz result and technical context that helps us understand the request, such as language, source page, UTM parameters, user agent, country/region estimated by the hosting provider, and submission date.
Why we use the data
We use the data to review the request, prepare an initial company assessment, reply to the contact, propose a path that matches the submitted context, and improve the website and assessment experience.
The processing basis is the pre-contractual request initiated by the user, consent to be contacted, and, where applicable, legitimate interest in protecting and improving our services.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Assessment leads are stored in Supabase. Internal email notifications may be sent through Resend. Aggregated navigation metrics are collected with Google Analytics.
These providers process data as processors or technical suppliers according to their respective agreements and security standards.

We retain assessment leads for up to 24 months, unless a later commercial relationship, legal obligation, or deletion request compatible with applicable obligations requires a different period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent by contacting alessandro@aicosystem.ai.
If you believe the processing is not appropriate, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
